Bryan Forsyth
Dr. Forsyth (Bryan) has worked in a variety of industries including government, food, electronics, telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, distribution and education. Bryan’s principal areas of expertise include knowledge and learning management, organizational and employee development, organizational systems interventions and leadership development. Bryan has been a professional in the training and development/education arena for more than 30 years. Additionally, Bryan is currently teaching business, management and other social science courses for undergraduate, MBA as well as Doctoral studies. Bryan received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Vocational Education from Southern Illinois University, majoring in Education, Training and Development. A Master of Arts degree from Ottawa University specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Change Management where he graduated at the top of his class. Bryan completed his doctoral studies at Walden University for a degree in Applied Management and Decision Sciences emphasizing Knowledge and Learning Management where he also graduated at the top of his class. Lastly and most recently (2015), Bryan has completed a Post-Doctoral Degree program in Global Leadership at Colorado Technical University. Dr. Forsyth (Dr. B.) just recently got another paper accepted for publication called “The Spirit of Leadership, Past, Present and Future” in the Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics. Bryan can be found in ProQuest with several other related articles published in the last few years. Bryan is also part of a team of four currently co-authoring a text book on Global Leadership coming out at the end of 2018 Dr. Forsyth (Dr. B.) has a family of four and an extended family that involves many friends and colleagues around the globe. Travelling and taking a hike in the Rocky Mountains is always fun as is riding the mountain bike and being with family and those friends relaxing and enjoying life whenever possible.
