Dr. Gordon has been teaching since 2002 in both online and face-to-face formats. Prior to his employment in academic, he worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 11 years in the areas of sales and corporate training and development. Since his transition into higher education he has worked for proprietary institutions, as well as, state universities in various capacities, including Dean and Dean of Academic Affairs. His love of teaching kept pulling him back into the (online) classroom, so in 2008 he resigned from a local university as the Dean of Academic Affairs to spend more time with family and more time teaching. Currently he teaches in the doctoral program and also serves on doctoral dissertations as a Chair and Committee Member.

Academically, Dr. Gordon has a Ph.D. in Organization & Management, a Masters in Project Management, a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cellular Biology. He is also currently enrolled in Law School to earn his legal degree and sit for the Bar. He is a firm believer in life-long learning and the need to remain up-to-date with the latest information that can help people succeed in Business in our global environment.
