My name is Dr. Brandy Kamm.  I live in Central Florida, and have lived here most of my life.  I have been working in the educational field for the last twelve years.  I began as an 8th grade history teacher, then moved on to be a Dean of students, and Assistant Principal of a large middle school.  I am now a State level accountability consultant that works with all administrators in regards to compliance and development of accountability standards. I love to teach at the University level, and I truly enjoy working with adult learners.
I have also spent the last several years working as an educational consultant for schools and school districts regarding high stakes testing, accountability, and gifted education. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University. I attained my Masters of Education from the University of Central Florida.  I have a Specialist of Education degree from the University of Florida. I completed my
Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership, from the University of Florida, and have been working with many school districts to help prepare beginning teachers.
I have a ten-year-old daughter that keeps me busy, and takes up most of my "spare" time. I also have a six- year- old daughter, and a three- year- old son. I enjoy exercising. I love to run and do weight training., as well as Tae Kwon Do.  My husband and I also enjoy biking and other outdoor activities.
I am truly a lifelong learner and I hope to inspire others to have that same passion.  I enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences with others, and I find joy in the discovery of new ideas and concepts.  I look forward to sharing this wonderful opportunity for each of you to enhance your critical thinking in terms of being an educator.
