Dr. Bob Nolley's formal training is in leadership, finance, and technology where he has served in various roles over his 30+ year career. Dr. Nolley served as a Dean of Faculty for an institution of higher education where he was responsible for teacher leadership, curriculum design, and assessment at both online and brick and mortar schools. At Walden University, he teaches the doctoral capstone and dissertation preparation and leadership courses. Dr. Nolley has also served on numerous doctoral student dissertation committees. He is also involved in curriculum design.

Dr. Nolley's current work interests focus primarily on leadership, project management, and information technology. He publishes a podcast on leadership issues and one on disability concerns. He has been recognized for his outstanding leadership in higher education.
