Dr. Antwan Player currently holds two licenses, one in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and another in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Dr. Player received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his master’s in mental health counseling from Webster University. He concluded his educational journey by obtaining his doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision from Argosy University in 2018.
Dr. Player holds a professional identity with various counseling organizations. Dr. Player is currently a member of American Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), North Central American Counselor Education and Supervision (NCACES), and Minnesota Counseling Association (MnCA – currently serves as the Ethics Chair). In addition to counselor identity, Dr. Player has presented at several conferences over his time. These presentations consist of: National (American Counselor Education and Supervision, Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision) and State (Florida Counselor Association, Minnesota Counseling Association, Minnesota Rehabilitation Association, Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health).
