Dr. Casas holds a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University and an MS degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. He also maintains current SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, and IPMA-SCP professional certifications and is a long term member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

He has been an instructor for nearly 20 years, the last 4 being with Walden University. Dr. Casas has over 25 years of experience working in various executive and management positions with Fortune 500 companies, government, and nonprofit organizations, both domestically and in other countries.

His accomplishments include helping to grow a successful start-up organization, assisting with multiple corporate acquisition and integrations, and the renegotiation of union contracts for public and private sector employers.

He works as a contributing faculty member with graduate learners in the Industrial Psychology program and currently resides in Texas.
