Her college teaching experience includes master’s and doctorate level students. She joined Walden University in the year 2000 in the M.Ed program. Then also joined Ed.D (Teacher Leadership) program at its inception. To date, she has served on over 30 doctoral committees (26 studies completed). As a teacher educator, her philosophy is to mentor and guide the teachers to discover their professional goals, and then help them extend their intellectual capacities to meet them.
