Amy is a 2004 graduate from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of science in nursing and a 2008 graduate from Rutgers University with a master's of science in nursing. Amy began teaching at Walden University in 2014 in the Family Nurse Practitioner program and then the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse practitioner program at its inception in 2015. Amy has been a contributing clinical faculty member at Walden University since 2014. Amy works full time in a NeuroScience Intensive Care Unit as a nurse practitioner in a level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.
