According to a 2024 survey of hiring managers,* 68% reported hiring a candidate in the past three years who held both a degree and micro-credentials, versus 58% who reported hiring a candidate who held only a degree. Eighty-seven percent of managers rated their hires who held both a degree and micro-credentials as above average or excellent.
