A concentration in health informatics is a great way to build expertise in health information systems and technology advancements. The skills you learn can help you understand the work of health informatics specialists with whom you may interact and apply basic data analysis and data security skills in your own work.
It takes only one and a half terms (three courses) to earn a concentration in health informatics at Walden. Simply register for and complete three courses from the list of Health Informatics concentration courses. The concentration will be added to your transcript once you have successfully completed your chosen three courses.
