Global Leadership

The Global Leadership specialization introduces you to leadership strategies applicable to operating in an international setting, particularly in global south regions or developing countries. Courses in this specialization examine strategic planning, management, and leadership in the context of public and nonprofit organizations as well as the nature and methods of effecting transformative change within complex systems and organizations.

Completion Requirements

    • Core courses (45 cr.)
    • Specialization courses (15 cr.)
