Leadership and Organizational Development

In the Leadership and Organizational Development specialization, you will explore leadership and organizational theories, concepts, and trends in the healthcare setting. You gain an in-depth understanding of how to direct and organize healthcare resources and services within a variety of organizational environments. Coursework focuses on developing key leadership skills that can help you respond to the demands of addressing organizational and population needs.

Completion Requirements
