Dr. Rutledge specializes in American politics, with specific focus on the impact of the American presidency on public policy. In addition to his role as contributing faculty member at Walden University, Dr. Rutledge is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and Planning at the University of West Georgia, where he teaches courses on American politics and is a core faculty member in the Master of Public Administration program.
