Dr. Diamond has worked for 20 years as a senior consultant, manager, instructor, and researcher. Trained in industrial/organization psychology, he has spearheaded projects in quality improvement, culture change, operational design, strategy formulation, and market research and planning in more than 100 organizations across a number of industries in Canada and the United States. His clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Brooktree Corporation, University of California, Great American Bank, Conair Aviation, Westland Insurance, Waterfront Foreman’s Association, Calgary Regional Health Authority, Para-Med Health Services, St. Joseph’s Medical Center, and the City of Los Angeles.
