Over the past 22 years, Dr. Dorr has served as an internal and external consultant for a number of large organizations. Her accomplishments include managing the assessment services function for the third-largest restaurant chain in the world, as well as serving as an internal consultant for a Fortune 10 company. Currently, Dr. Dorr is a human resources consultant and contributing faculty member at Walden. In her consulting practice, most of her projects relate to selection, assessment, competency modeling, and training. Her community service activities include providing career coaching and interview training services at a local community center.
