Dr. Stieber is founder of Orchestrated Dynamics, a training and human resource consulting firm that specializes in leadership and team development and organizational change. A former corporate professional and human resource management executive for a variety of organizations, he has implemented major initiatives in leadership development, process improvement, and change management. He has held key succession planning and organizational roles, particularly in talent management, and has served as a corporate director of management development and training for a Fortune 500 company. Previously, he taught human resources and organizational behavior at The Pennsylvania State University, the University of Maryland, LaSalle University, and Philadelphia University. He has written books and articles on human resource management, leadership development, team development, and organizational change.
