Dr. Neal has spent more than 25 years working in technical support roles in aircraft manufacturing, warehouse support, and human resources. He has worked for major defense contractors, the U.S. Civil Service, and major retail organizations. In these roles, he has developed a keen interest in the dynamics of leadership and the cause and effect of a leader’s actions on all levels of workers. Dr. Neal joined Walden in 2013 and works with students in the DBA program.
