Dr. Latham is the director of the Monfort Institute at the University of Northern Colorado and an executive professor of management at the university’s Monfort College of Business. His work focuses on leading organization transformation to achieve sustainable excellence. He is the co-author of Organization Diagnosis, Design, and Transformation: A Baldrige User’s Guide. He has published and presented papers on a variety of topics including performance excellence in higher education, sustainable change in the mortgage-finance system, and collaborative research between practitioners and academics. He has ten years of experience working with doctoral students. He joined the Walden DBA program in 2010.
