Dr. Morton is a former director for several federal agencies in the areas of human resources management, associate development, performance management, training and development, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. He has served as a manager for global business development in Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Dr. Morton is the author of numerous courses and articles on leadership, leadership development, communications, management, team building, and culture change.
