Dr. Crawford held posts at all levels of K–12 education, including elementary teacher, junior high school principal, senior high school assistant principal, and assistant superintendent. She has also taught and advised in higher education at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with online teaching experience dating from 1997. Her presentations and publications span topics from classroom management to educational philosophy. Dr. Crawford is particularly interested in developing educational leaders with strong roots in administration, public policy, curriculum theory, and instructional frameworks.
