Dr. Moller is an associate professor at the University of South Dakota. A graduate of Purdue University’s instructional research and development program, Dr. Moller serves on the editorial boards of Quarterly Review of Distance Education, International Journal of Educational Technology, and Performance Improvement Quarterly. Dr. Moller is also the former chair of the Instructional Technology Special Interest Group within the American Educational Research Association, as well as the former chair of the distance learning and curriculum committees for the Association for Educational Communications and Technology. Dr. Moller has written more than three dozen articles and book chapters related to distance learning and instructional systems design.
