Dr. Singletary is a licensed forensic practitioner with extensive experience and expertise in forensic mental health. Prior to joining the faculty at Walden, he owned and operated one of the largest community mental health agencies in the state of Kentucky. His organization provided mental health and substance abuse services to 50 of Kentucky’s 120 counties. In addition to his practical experience, Dr. Singletary has published several articles on substance abuse and mental health. He has taught at research institutions and small liberal arts colleges. Dr. Singletary joined Walden’s faculty in 2013 and is a core faculty member in the MSW program.
