Top 100 Minority Degree Producers 2015

Walden University’s master’s and doctoral programs, in fields including public health, health professions, nursing, health services, mental health and social health services, psychology, management, and education, were ranked among the top five in multiple categories in Diverse: Issues in Higher Education’s 2015 Top 100 Producers of Minority Graduate Degrees. These include:

Master’s:

  • African American: No. 1 in Public Health, Health Professions, Nursing, and Mental Health and Social Health Services; No. 2 in all disciplines combined
  • Hispanic and Asian American: No. 1 in Nursing
  • Total Minority: No. 1 in Public Health, Health Professions, Nursing, and Mental Health and Social Health Services; No. 2 in all disciplines combined

Doctoral:

  • African American: No. 1 in Health Professions and Psychology: No. 2 in all disciplines combined
  • Total Minority: No. 1 in Health Professions; No. 2 in Psychology and all disciplines combined
