Dr. Vallerie Cave is an outstanding educator of 31 years. She has proven leadership for, directed, implemented, and managed district-wide academic programs for principals, teacher leaders and teachers for various school districts across the country. She has been a National Presenter for Ruby Payne and the Framework for Understanding Poverty. In her role as an instructional leader her schools have achieved the Title One Distinguished Award, Recognized as a School of Significant Improvement and The Notable Early College Academy Award. She works as a contributing Faculty Member for Walden University where she provides leadership for the successful implementation of satellite programs in various states. . Her achievements include, President Elect for Georgia ASCD, Member of Leadership Council for National ASCD, Member of the Georgia Governor’s Task Force for College Readiness and National Distinguished Educator Award. She is a sought after educational consultant, presenter and motivational speaker at many national and state conferences. She has two wonderful sons, one lovely daughter in law and two adorable grandchildren. She is the only child and loves to spend quality time with her parents and children. She loves football, singing and playing the piano. She currently serve as Executive Director for Elementary and K8 School Governance in a Georgia School District.
