Dr. Staci McPhaul is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in educational psychology. Throughout her impressive 12+ career, she has held various roles that have allowed her to make a significant impact on the underrepresented population.

Her dedication to serving others is evident through her work in advising, case management and teaching within secondary institutions and nonprofit organizations. While at Walden University, Dr. McPhaul showcased her expertise as a Postdoctoral Teaching and Research Fellowship member. She continues to contribute her knowledge and skills as a valuable member of Walden University's contributing faculty.

Dr. McPhaul's research interests revolve primarily around teacher quality and preparation and educational psychology. She has been an active presenter at numerous seminars and conferences, sharing her insights and contributing to the field.
