Dr. Hudak is a strategic planner in the U.S. Department of Defense Health Agency. As a career Army officer, he served in a number of operational, tactical, educational, and corporate health care administration positions in Germany, Vietnam and the United States and achieved the rank of colonel. After military service, he held academic positions at Nova Southeastern University and Marymount University. He also held health care management positions in the Department of the Army. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and Florida. He has published in a number of peer-reviewed health care journals and other publications. He joined Walden’s faculty in 1998 and teaches in the Ph.D. Program in Health Services.
