Bobbi Marshall

Bobbi Marshall’s formal training is in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Special Education and Special Education. She has had various roles in both the public and private sector during her 34+ year career. She has been actively involved in PK-12 education as a teacher and school improvement team member. She has led two organizations through the national accreditation process. She has been involved in higher education since 2000 in both Child Development, Special Education and Elementary Education programs online as well as face-to-face courses. Dr. Marshall has been with Walden University since 2008 serving as contributing faculty, lead faculty, Tempo Subject Matter Expert and Subject Matter Expert for course development.
Dr. Marshall has been a presenter at various conferences. She has provided professional development sessions for K-12 faculty. She is currently a Site Visitor and an Annual Report Reviewer for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) Programs.
Dr. Marshall’s current research interests revolve around trauma informed schools, teacher preparation and improving the quality of services for children with special needs.
