Dr. Rachel Nagel has completed an Ed. D. in Organizational Leadership with Specialization in Educational Leadership. The dissertation it titled: Teacher Understanding of NCLB and the effects on Teacher Morale. She recently completed a Masters in Educational Technology. Dr. Nagel has an MBA and two Bachelors degrees, which include one in Business and Elementary Education.
Dr. Rachel Nagel currently works as a Professor. She develops curriculum and uses innovated technology in the online setting. She has extensive experience in education and adult learning. She has served as a dissertation mentor and a dissertation committee member. Professor Nagel also supervised interns working on Bachelors and Masters degrees in the field Education. Before teaching adult education, Dr. Nagel spent numerous years in the elementary setting where she has experience in administration, reading specialization and classroom teaching.
Professor Nagel loves to spend time with her students. She is available to help students understand the material and to succeed.
