Paul Frankenhauser
Dr. Frankenhauser has over 20 years of international teaching experience within asynchronous and synchronous online distance learning technologies and platforms, including eCollege, Blackboard, WebCT, OLS 3, and various proprietary learning management systems. Areas of instructional specialization include Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, Criminal Justice, General Education, Office System Technology, Public Administration, and Business Management. He has extensive experience with fully online, hybrid, and on-campus environments.
Dr. Frankenhauser has worked in law enforcement for the past 27 years in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Currently, he works as a police sergeant with the City of Margate Police Department, Margate, Florida. Dr. Frankenhauser's career in law enforcement has been diversified with assignments in road patrol, street crimes, background investigations, criminal investigations, street-level narcotics, undercover narcotics investigations, first aid & safety, recruitment, field training officer, truth verification, and grant writing/management. He was also the President of the South Florida Background Investigators Association from 2004 to 2006. Dr. Frankenhauser is an active consultant specializing in police mergers and transitions. He also has international consulting experience in the financial business sector.
Dr. Frankenhauser strives at all times to provide a world-class learning experience. Exceeding expectations in all aspects of course management and instructional delivery is crucial to student retention and academic rigor. Dr. Frankenhauser views his role as a faculty member to be that of coach and communicator, ensuring a partnership with learners to assist them in achieving their academic goals and objectives. To accomplish these goals, Dr. Frankenhauser is committed to providing a holistic learning environment that captures student experiences to blend those experiences with the academic objectives and theory of each course.
