Dr. Tschida has a Master's in Public Health from the University of Minnesota - School of Public Health, and a Doctorate in International Health and Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is an experienced qualitative and quantitative research with interests in maternal, infant, and early childhood health and nutrition, HIV/AIDS prevention programs, and exploring solutions to global healthcare disparities. He has been a part-time contributing faculty member with the Walden College of Health Sciences since early 2011. His international experience includes serving as a Fulbright Scholar and US Peace corps volunteer, as well consultancies with UNICEF, USAID, International Red Cross, and Save the Children.
