Dr. Nazarene E. Tubman received her Doctorate in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix. She holds an MBA from Washington Adventist University. She currently serves as Contributing Faculty in the Department of Health Sciences at Walden University. She was also an Adjunct Faculty at Washington Adventist University where she taught Problem Solving in Health Administration. She has served as Superintendent (Head) of a county in Liberia. Dr. Tubman has done research in public health in different areas including malaria prevention, treatment, and eradication as well as HIV/AIDS prevention. She was instrumental in opening two HIV/AIDS clinics in Liberia. She now lives in Perrysburg, Ohio.
