Dr. Nazarene E. Tubman received her Doctorate in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix. She holds an MBA from Washington Adventist University. She currently serves as Contributing Faculty in the Department of Health Sciences at Walden University. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Washington Adventist University where she teaches Problem Solving in Health Administration. She has served as Superintendent (Head) of a county in Liberia. Dr. Tubman has done research in public health in different areas including malaria prevention, treatment, and eradication as well as HIV/AIDS prevention. She now lives in Germantown, Maryland.
