College of Management and Technology
Natalie Casale is a contributing member for the College of Management Technology. She has earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2015. Natalie is a member of the University of Phoenix Lambda Sigma Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta (DMD).
Natalie has been teaching online undergraduate and graduate courses since 2009. Natalie is a mentor for doctorate students in the DBA program at Walden University, teaching 8100 and 9000 mentorship courses. Other subjects Natalie has taught at University of Phoenix and Berkeley College include consulting, management, organizational ethics and social responsibility, international business, business strategy and policy, managing with information systems, career and business essentials, international management simulation, management simulation, and sales and customer service management.
Natalie has been in the information technology (IT) profession since 1988. Her IT experience includes all phases of the systems life cycle, leadership, consulting, and project management for several telecommunication, finance, payroll, insurance, and logistics organizations.
Natalie is a recognized community leader of animal welfare. She works with several animal rescue organizations and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), assisting with technology, marketing, fostering of homeless animals, pet adoptions, and fundraiser events.
