Dr. Mike has been involved in education for over 30 years. For 20 years, he was an elementary/secondary administrator in private schools throughout New England where he founded several preschools, a middle school, and a high school. In addition, he has been a consultant nationally and internationally in the areas of new school development, governance, and non-profit organizational structure. Since 2004, he has worked in higher education as an instructor, assistant professor, and dean in the areas of educational leadership, curriculum development, and online programming. He serves as core research faculty for The Riley College School of Education and Professional Licensure. His research interests include the role of the adjunct, early college high school, and non-profit schools.
