Dr. Matthew Jones joined Walden University in 2009 and specializes in quantitative methods and organizational studies. He currently serves as a contributing faculty, chairing dissertation committees, in the School of Public Policy and Administration.
He has instructed research methods, statistics, program evaluation, and leadership classes at the graduate level for fifteen years. His professional background includes serving as a Police Officer, small-town Police Chief, Professor, and Consultant. He served as the Vice-President for the Greater Rochester chapter of American Society for Public Administration's as well as an executive board member of the section on Network and Complexity Studies. He is also a member of the American Statistical Association and American Public Health Association.
