Dr. Pandolfi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor . Dr. Pandolfi has been a contributing faculty at Walden University since 2013. She became involved in social work profession after starting her career as an outpatient therapist and program coordinator for a non-profit community mental health center. In that role, she was responsible in delivering intake assessment, psychotherapy, case management and crisis intervention to individuals and families with severe emotional and psychiatric disabilities from children, youth to adults and older adults. She has also worked in an inpatient setting as a Behavioral Health Social Worker and over 10 years experience in disability management and consulting. The most gratifying aspect of her career has been her ability to present at national conferences in the areas of disability and immigration. Most importantly, she has recently founded and operated a counseling agency to specifically target individuals who are in transition from their losses to new beginnings.
