Malcolm has over 20 years of experience as an international valuation and capital markets advisory specialist, and has taught finance and accounting related courses for over 20 years. His professional work involves international capital asset risk pricing, econometric analysis, and financial modeling in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, private debt and equity placements, commercial damages litigation, and financial instrument valuation. He conducts research in financial economics and has published articles on asset pricing in private capital markets and on the effects of discretionary financial reporting on equity pricing and. He is the author of the book “International cost of capital estimation: Methods derived from modern asset pricing theory” (2019).
