Dr. Pearo has been teaching marketing to undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and executive students for over 20 years – on the ground and online. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, institutional assessment, and faculty development through senior roles in higher education administration. Dr. Pearo’s research has focused on consumer learning in interactive environments. She has authored numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles in leading marketing and organizational behavior journals. Currently she is involved in research that applies her findings about consumer learning to online education environments. In 2015, she and her co-authors were the winners of the 2015 IJRM-EMAC Jan Benedict Steenkamp Award for Long-Term Impact for research in marketing.
At Walden, Dr. Pearo will serve the role of Contributing Faculty in the DBA program.
