Dr. Thompson has in combination, over 20 years of educational and professional work experience in information systems as a developer of curriculum, and as a creator of information systems applications (apps) that allocate resources, automate daily procedures, and produce reports for accountability and overall performance. An avid lover of information systems, Dr. Thompson stays abreast of new and developing trends in technology that access, capture, and share information across multiple mediums (e.g. Local Area Networks, Mobile and Web-based systems).
Dr. Thompson is a published author, and editor of several peer-reviewed journal articles, and 8 books with topics including educational governance and distribution, the ministry life cycle, and mobile learning. She also served in the capacity of the dissertation chair and Research methodologist for numerous doctoral dissertations.
Dr. Thompson has been a member and reviewer of the international program committee for the World Conference of Systemics, Cybernetics, and Informatics from 2014 - Present. Dr. Thompson still assists many in model development, as they give birth to a wide variety of business and educational opportunities.
