Dr. Cox is co-editor and co-author of the textbook, "Research Design and Methods: An Applied Guide for the Scholar-Practitioner" published in 2019 by SAGE.
She is a past recipient of the Walden University Bernard L. Turner Award and the Presidential Research Fellowship in Distance Education. Dr. Cox's educational background includes a PhD in social psychology. Her interests include the application of social psychology principles, theories, and methods to the understanding of social issues and environmental problems.
