Kim Sanders received her Doctorate in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Dr. Sanders has been a Healthcare IT consultant for over 15 years and has worked on both the state and federal level. She has been an adjunct professor in the DHA program in the College of Health Sciences at Walden University since January 2017. Dr. Sanders has taught at the associates, bachelors and master level since 2013. Courses taught include Introduction to Public Health Informatics, Foundations of Managed Care, Public Policy and Healthcare Advocacy, Big Data and Technology for Healthcare, Public and Community Health and a Healthcare Capstone.
