Dr. Kim A. Critchlow has worked in higher education for over 18 years as a faculty member and an administrator. She has over 20 years of experience working and leading in Fortune 100 companies and in restructuring organizations in response to social and regulatory change. Dr. Critchlow has held leadership positions in a cross-section of industries such as post-secondary higher education administration, banking, real estate, and software manufacturing. She is an entrepreneur and has served as a consultant in firms that educate its clients in organizational mission and vision alignment, leadership and employee development and in identifying necessary adjustments in response to social change. Dr. Critchlow is active in and is an advocate for community service and community service leadership. She believes that education is to be used to educate others. Dr. Critchlow has a masters degree in psychology, a masters of business administration, and doctor of management in organizational leadership degrees.
