Keri has held a number of positions in higher education. To each role, Keri has brought her knowledge of academic operations, best practices for student experience, and awareness of faculty support functions. With a BS in Elementary Education, a Masters in Public Administration, a Masters in Organizational Psychology, and a PhD in Organizational Psychology, Keri has an in-depth understanding of the well-being of a diverse student population throughout the duration of the student lifecycle. Before coming to the post-secondary industry, Keri was a pre-school and pre-kindergarten teacher in an underserved, low-income community. In addition Keri serve on the Youth Performance Company (YPC) board of directors. YPC is a nonprofit organization which provides adolescents the opportunity to explore their talents in performance arts. Currently, Keri works as a senior operations management consulting in a small consulting firm. She has provided opportunities to collaborate with a number of college departments. Through participation in a number of innovative academic interventions, she has provided data, created best practices, and shared research from undergraduate pilots at a number of number professional conferences including the National Academic Advising Association and Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education.
