John Agnew received his PhD in Neuroscience from Georgetown University, where he used fMRI to understand the brain basis of motor control. For his post-doctoral research at Children’s Hospital Colorado, he studied biomarkers of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and evaluated interventions to decrease aberrant behaviors in individuals with ASD. He has been the academic program coordinator of the PhD in Psychology program at Walden University since 2019, providing administrative support for the program and students in addition to teaching classes.
