Dr. Santana has completed training in the fields of educational psychology and applied behavior analysis. He is a credentialed school psychologist in the state of California and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Santana completed his B.A. in psychology from California State University, Fullerton, his M.A.Ed in school psychology and Psy.D. in educational psychology from Alliant International University, Irvine, and completed his training in applied behavioral analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. He has spent the last 10 years working working with individuals with developmental disabilities across a variety of settings. Currently, Dr. Santana serves as a clinical supervisor of applied behavior analysis for Innovative Behavioral Therapies and a school psychologist for Alhambra Unified School District, both in Los Angeles County, California. Before joining the faculty of Walden University, Dr. Santana was a faculty member at Kaplan University's graduate program in applied behavioral analysis. At Walden University, Dr. Santana is a contributing faculty member in the school of psychology teaching the applied behavioral analysis courses.
