From rural Montana, Dr. Jesse Richter has been professionally active in areas of business, education, science, linguistics, curriculum design and teacher training since 2004. He has worked as a teacher, contractor, consultant and administrator at grade levels K-12, undergraduate, masters, doctoral and with professional populations. In recent years, Dr. Richter has authored more than a dozen scholarly articles and has delivered multiple main-stage presentations at international conferences. Dr. Richter works at the global scale including extensive experience throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Credentials include a Doctor of Management in Global Leadership from Colorado Technical University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Montana State University, an MBA from Colorado Technical University, a B.A. in Geology from the University of Colorado, a TESOL Certificate from TEFL Worldwide Prague, and has held educator licenses in four States. Dr. Richter also works with several other educational institutions in various countries. His most recent accomplishment is the comprehensive development of a new Ph.D. in Administration program for a public university in Bolivia. Dr. Richter currently serves in roles of doctoral committee Chair and Methodologist for Walden Ed.D. and Ph.D. learners.
