Jennifer Wheeler-Davis received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Minnesota in 1998. Following completion of this degree, Dr. Davis completed a residency in Internal Medicine with a focus in renal disease through the University of Minnesota and Hennepin County Medical Center. Subsequent degrees include an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Regis University (2006) and a Masters of Information System Management degree with a concentration in information security from the Keller Graduate School of Management (2016). Dr. Davis became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 1998 and received recognition as a Fellow of the Academy of Health-System Pharmacy in 2009. Dr. Davis is currently a licensed pharmacist in the states of Minnesota and Colorado. Dr. Davis serves as Contributing Faculty at Walden University providing instruction in the areas of pharmacology and healthcare management. Dr. Davis has held various clinical and pharmacy leadership roles in health-systems over the past 20 years. Areas of study and publication include drug effects in renal disease, risk management, medication safety, Lean process improvement, and health-system pharmacy management. Dr. Davis has served as guest faculty with the Institute of Healthcare Improvement and the Boston University Pharmacy Leadership Institute.
