Holly Duckworth, Ph.D. culminated her corporate career retiring as Chief Learning Officer for Kaiser Aluminum. Now, Holly is a psychotherapist devoted to holistic mental health services. She helps her clients find their true path and purpose in our complex and challenging world.

Her background includes executive leadership in industrial settings. She has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an M.S. in Management from the University of Southern California, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. She is also a published author in the field of sustainability, social responsibility, and mental health.
