Currently, Dr. Khan is a contributing faculty in the School of Public Policy and Administration. He has been teaching for over 28 years. He received a Ph. D. from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas in 1989. He was awarded Senior Fulbright Fellowship in 1998. He is the author of the books: Public Administration: An Introduction; India-Pakistan Conflict over Bangladesh, The Idea of Good Governance in the Global South: An Analysis of its Effects, and Globalization and the Challenges of Public Administration. He has published a number of articles in academic journals.
