As many of you also experience, the joy of working in an online setting is in part due to the flexibility and convenience it brings. This flexibility allows her to marry both aspects of her career: teaching and consulting, along with the ever important family/personal life.
Dr. Dawdy Pekron has her Ph.D. from Capella University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also has her MS specialized in Sport Psychology from the University of New Mexico, and MA in Counseling/Psychology from Western New Mexico University.
She's authored four books and is eager to begin her fifth. However, as many of you with small children know, sometimes time (or lack thereof) is a factor when it comes to pursuing further projects.
