Gwendolyn C. Dooley earned a Doctor of Organizational Leadership with emphases in leadership, adult education, and instructional technology from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. Dooley completed more post-graduate work in the Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University (ABD). As an administrator for academic programs, Dooley motivated adults to return to college to complete unfinished undergraduate and graduate degrees. She became the assistant director of an Honors College to empower young adults to complete undergraduate degrees and become admitted to graduate programs. Dooley owned and operated Dooley Real Estate as a broker and facilitated home ownership for clients. Dooley owns a consulting firm designed to train young entrepreneurs to develop successful businesses. At Walden, Dooley works as a mentor in the Doctor of Business Administration program. Dooley has been a faculty since 2007 and an educator for 33 years.
